We're looking for an experienced Pest Control Professional to lead the team of IPM Technicians in the state. You will be provided a take home Company Vehicle, a laptop and a phone. To ensure success the position requires residence in the area.
Job Description for the Dynamic® IPM Service Manager
An IPM Service Manager leads a team of Dynamic® IPM Technicians and partners with the Regional Manger to ensure outstanding service in all accounts and create growth in the region. Requirements include:
- Currently a Licensed Pest Control Professional
- Follow all safety requirements
- An exceptional customer service record
- Grow market share
- Leadership experience is required, allowing management of day-to-day operations of a team of technicians and the service they perform in a diverse group of accounts.
- Use service reports and auditing to improve the Dynamic® IPM program.
- Perform service in a diverse group of accounts as needed.
- Educate customers on food safety pest management issues to improve product safety and protect the customer’s brand.
- Order products for the team of technicians and manage inventory levels for the region.
- Ensure a “perfect” or near “perfect” score on all third-party and internal audits.
- Communicate frequently and appropriately with Leadership to discuss account conditions, new opportunities, needed support, etc.
- Assisting in other areas of related business as requested.

Position requirements of a Dynamic® IPM Service Manager
- Licensed Pest Control Professional
- Currently possess a high level of stored product pest knowledge, and/or food plant industry knowledge. Fumigation knowledge is a plus but not required.
- A history of demonstrating the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with co-workers, subordinates, and customers.
- Leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on safety, quality, and customer relationships.
- Attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Hold or be able to: Complete OSHA 30 hour and Confined Space Entry program, as well as all state certification requirements for pest control and fumigation required for the Region. Develop a working knowledge of all audits in place in the Region. Become proficient using industry software such as PestPac.
- Must read, write, and understand English.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Results will be measured using current Federal drug testing standards and not State Law; meaning some substances deemed legal by a state will result in a failed drug screening for FSS, Inc. This includes marijuana/THC. Employees participate in our random drug screening program.
- Must pass criminal background check and have a good driving record.
