Our Lakeland clinic is looking for a dedicated professional to provide therapeutic massage for injured federal workers (Postal workers, TSA, FBI, etc.). We focus on rehabilitative care, functional restoration, and helping those who serve our country return to health.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform targeted, medically-necessary massage therapy (Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy) as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed SOAP notes that comply with federal workers' compensation requirements.
- Assess patient progress and collaborate with the medical team to adjust treatment plans.
- Maintain a professional, sanitized, and therapeutic environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensure: Active Florida Massage Therapy License (Required).
- Clinical Mindset: Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and injury-specific modalities.
- Documentation Skills: You understand that in a medical facility, the "work" isn't finished until the charting is done.
- Professionalism: Experience with workers' comp (DOL/OWCP) is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate on specific federal reporting.
