Supervisors are the support for the Management team and the leaders of their peers! They help manage all operations of the restaurant including purchasing, safety, sanitation, cleanliness, repairs & maintenance, hiring, scheduling, training, guest recovery, and upholding our high quality food, beverage & service standards. Supervisors can take on additional responsibilities and have opportunities for advancement to management if they desire. Pay determined by experience and responsibility. Principal Activities & Responsibilities as a supervisor

Meeting Food, Beverage, Labor & Controllables Cost Goals oDaily analysis of labor

Weekly analysis of food costs

Effective cash management – ensuring correct invoice pricing

Able to handle guest complaints successfully and with empathy oManages employees to remain 100% guest 1st hospitality focus

Routinely interacts with guests, recognizing & creating more regular guests oMaintains quality staff that provides excellent customer service and promotes team building

Active in hiring process, ensuring that all administrative paperwork successfully completed oTimely completion of all Status change & Termination reports

Responsible for the entire restaurant during shift, communicating all issues with the Management team

Minimum 2 years restaurant experience

Able to perform basic functions in most positions of the restaurant

Must be able to communicate professionally and clearly with team, other managers, General Manager, Regional Manager and guests

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

Must be able to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear

Must be able to stand for extended periods of times

Must be able to handle high volume

Must be able to maintain a high level of sanitation/cleanliness

Is required to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and special events as needed
