Position Requirements:
Full time position- This position is ONSITE.
Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations. Very outgoing, assertive and confident plus maintain an enthusiastic personality.
Required shifts:
We are currently recruiting for the 12pm to 9pm shift. Also, individuals are required to work rotating weekends which include Saturdays and Sunday.
$5.00/hourly/shift differential pay is available for certain hours: Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm.
- Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience
- Superior customer-service skills, including oral and written communication
- Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment
- Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations.
- Strong work ethic and high integrity
- Strong computer and 10 key skills
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment
- Knowledge of banking products and procedures
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- 30 wpm typing skills
