Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced
and service-oriented Attendant to work in the Laundry Department.
The Attendant, Laundry role is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, ironing linens and terry. Keeping linen room clean and stocked
with towels, linens and other items such as bedspreads, blankets, amenities, etc., by performing any combination of the following
tasks: Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold linens and terry items following department procedures and quality standards. Operate laundry
equipment safely and efficiently, including washers, dryers, and ironers. Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and
remove unusable items from circulation. Stock and organize linen shelves, housekeeping closets, carts, and departmental linen
requisitions as assigned. Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, equipment, and workspaces throughout the shift.
Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance concerns, or safety issues promptly to leadership. Support housekeeping and laundry
operations by assisting team members and completing additional assigned tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior commercial laundry experience a plus.
- Desire to establish outstanding, authentic, and memorable interactions with internal and external guests.
- Integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
- Skilled at multi-tasking, heightened attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 50 lbs.
- Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.
- Ability to work outside, indoors, in varying temperatures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.
- Conditional offer subject to criminal background check.
- Open availability to accommodate varying schedules as well as able to work on weekends and holidays.

- Position pay starts at $22.75 per hour.
