Job Description
Our Learning Center is looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Sales Representative / Enrollment Coordinator to grow our student enrollment and deliver an outstanding experience to families. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective parents — guiding them from their initial inquiry through orientation and onboarding. If you love working with children and families, communicate with warmth and confidence, and enjoy turning interest into lasting relationships, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Follow up promptly with prospective parents by phone, email, and text to answer questions and move them toward enrollment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, tours, and assessment sessions
- Conduct orientations for new parents, clearly explaining our method, expectations, and benefits
- Manage onboarding activities for newly enrolled families to ensure a smooth start
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and children throughout their journey
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups
- Meet enrollment and retention goals while representing our brand professionally
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — clear, warm, and persuasive
- Prior experience working with parents (customer service, education, sales, or similar)
- Prior experience working with children
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills; reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable scheduling, presenting to groups, and handling multiple families at once
- Positive, self-motivated, and goal-driven attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, or a learning-center environment
