Under general supervision, to perform general and specialized property appraisals and investigations of real property including land, structures, and improvements on residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, timber, or other properties for tax assessment purposes; to explain appraisal methods, laws, and procedures to the public; to defend challenged appraisals before the Board of Equalization, when necessary; and to do related work as required.<-div>?<-div>

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position is responsible for talent acquisition activities for PennDOT's Engineering District 6-0, which includes advising agency managers of the most effective strategies for filling positions and providing candidate pools through appropriate options in accordance with Merit System Employment Regulations.
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will post vacant positions, analyze applications to determine eligibility and qualification, research candidate employment history, calculate seniority for contractual rights, review selection packages to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate, and ensure Merit System Employment Regulations are adhered to.
Talent Acquisition Analysts also review and research complaints regarding employment and promotion practices, and interpret manuals, Management Directives, Collective Bargaining Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, and Merit Based Employment Regulations as they relate to Talent Acquisition.
