Position Overview: As a Route Merchandiser, you will drive a company vehicle along an established route and play a crucial role by ensuring that Micro-Markets and vending machines are stocked, organized, and presented to meet our standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Product Stocking and Merchandising: Refill and merchandise Micro-Market shelves and vending machines with a variety of snacks, beverages, and other products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Keep accurate inventory counts and monitor product rotation to ensure freshness.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked appearance at all customer sites.
- Reporting: Report any customer feedback, machine issues, or product needs to the appropriate team members to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Driver’s License: Valid with a clean driving record.
- Background and Drug Screening: Pre-employment background and drug screening will be performed and must come back clean.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
- Self-Motivation: Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
