Abova Care ABA is a brand-new ABA practice launching in Nevada, built to deliver high-quality, compassionate therapy to children and families. We're hiring our founding BCBA to help shape our clinical approach from the ground up — fully remote.
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Remote, Nevada
Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress through data
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to drive meaningful outcomes
- Help establish clinical workflows, documentation, and quality standards as we grow
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Nevada LBA license
- Strong clinical judgment and the initiative to thrive in an early-stage environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Compensation & Structure
- Starts part-time at $65/hour for the first 3 months as we build our caseload
- Transitions to full-time salaried at $90,000–$95,000/year
- 100% remote within Nevada
