RTC House Manager
Finally at Home LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RTC House Manager to oversee daily operations within our Residential Treatment Center serving adolescent youth.
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Hours may fluctuate based on program needs
- Must have open availability to support and manage staff on all shifts, including occasional evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
Position Summary
The House Manager is responsible for ensuring the facility operates in compliance with licensing standards, agency policies, and program expectations. This individual will provide direct supervision and coaching to staff, monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance, and help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support direct care staff
- Conduct routine audits of resident files, logs, and documentation
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with licensing standards
- Monitor the facility to ensure compliance with DFPS, licensing, and agency requirements
- Provide corrective feedback and ongoing staff development
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
- Ensure residents and staff follow program rules, schedules, and expectations
- Monitor cleanliness and overall condition of the facility
- Communicate concerns, incidents, and compliance issues to leadership
- Participate in inspections, audits, and licensing visits
- Help maintain a positive and professional team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coach staff and hold them accountable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a residential treatment center, foster care setting, behavioral health, child welfare, or related field preferred
- Must be able to pass background checks and meet all licensing requirements
