Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure culinary excellence and adherence to food management standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff through effective onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a skilled workforce.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize labor costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, kitchen operations, and culinary practices.
