Role:

Prep will be responsible for following all recipes

Prep will be responsible for baking biscuits, Cookies and rolls.

Prep will be responsible for insuring that the pack line is stocked with all prep items to insure we can fill all food orders.

Prep will be responsible for marinating all fish liver gizzards tenders and chicken
-
Prep will insure that their area is cleaned and stocked
Qualifications:
-
Must have 1 year experience in food preparation.

Must be able to read and follow instructions
-
Must be able to Multi task and work in a fast pace environment.
-
Must be able to lift, stand, and bend up to 6 hour time periods.

Must be able to operate cooking equiptment
