We are looking for a Deli Associate who will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
Duties
- Daily operations include food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards.
- Managing employees, being able to train, being able to manage employees with a history of leading
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the establishment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices including food safety standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
