Shift Lead – Closer (Baking) – Crumbl CookiesAs the Shift Lead Closer, you will lead the evening baking team to finish production, maintain Crumbl’s quality standards, and properly close the store.Key responsibilities:
- Oversee final cookie baking, decorating, and packaging to meet daily goals
- Guide and support crew members during the close
- Complete cleaning, sanitation, and equipment shutdown
- Handle end-of-day inventory, cash procedures, and store security
- Ensure the location is ready for the next day’s open
This role requires reliability, leadership, and a strong focus on quality and cleanliness during the closing shift.
Qualifications
- Prior shift leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-service or bakery environment
- Strong skills in staff training, team management, and hospitality-focused customer service
- Proven track record in food service management, kitchen management, and closing procedures
- Basic math, cash handling, and POS familiarity; experience with Aloha or Micros POS preferred
- Ability to manage inventory, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Experience in quick service, casual dining, or bakery operations; strong communication and problem-solving skills
