You will serve a caseload of up to 28 students with mild to moderate needs, supported by an Instructional Assistant (IA). The weekly commitment is 37.5 hours, structured as 8-hour workdays with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) license required
- Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students with mild/moderate disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction in alignment with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families to foster student success
- Track and document student progress; adjust strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Utilize your instructional assistant effectively to support learners
