Responsibilities and Duties
- A/R, Invoicing, Inventory
- Ability to reconcile Accounts Receivable to the General Ledger
- Posting of journal entries
- Contacting customers for past due payments via email and phone
- General office work (letter/email writing, creating and editing Excel spreadsheets, data entry, and filing)
Qualifications and Skills Understanding of bookkeeping and be proficient with accounting software
- Knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills, memo taking skills, follow up skills, as well as computer proficiency
- Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Type 50 WPM.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is a plus
