WithMe, Inc. is hiring driven, high-energy people to join our Scottsdale, AZ team as Sales Development Representatives (also known as Business Development Representatives). No prior sales experience needed - just the hunger to learn and win. You'll be the first point of contact between WithMe and future customers, and we'll teach you the rest.
This position starts at $24.00/hour and is eligible to earn commission.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for our Sales team.
- Keep your pipeline and CRM (Salesforce) organized and up to date.
- Learn our products, markets and proven sales playbook - fast.
What We're Looking For

- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly.
- Eager to learn and comfortable picking up the phone.
- Able to work on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office (local candidates only).
