Why This Role Matters
At CVG, materials flow = project success.
If inventory is wrong, late, or disorganized, projects slow down. You will be the person helping prevent that.
What You’ll Own
- Accurately receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
- Track and maintain real-time inventory accuracy using Excel and/or internal systems
- Coordinate daily with warehouse staff, drivers, and project teams to ensure materials are ready when needed
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and damaged materials before they become problems
- Stage and organize materials for job readiness across multiple projects
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas aligned with OSHA standards

- Inventory is accurate, organized, and easy to track
- Project teams get what they need on time, without confusion
- Issues are caught early—not after they cause delays
- The warehouse runs smoothly without constant oversight
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4+ years in inventory, warehouse, or construction materials handling
- Strong attention to detail (you catch mistakes others miss)
- Organized and consistent—you don’t cut corners
- Comfortable using Excel or inventory systems
- Able to read purchase orders, packing slips, and material lists
- Clear communicator who follows through
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting construction or field teams
- Forklift or equipment experience
Work Environment
- Warehouse + construction jobsite support
- Active, hands-on role (lifting 50+ lbs, moving materials)
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Some movement between warehouse, yard, and job sites
