- Conduct warm calls to potential customers to generate new sales leads
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a clear and compelling manner
```Experience```
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in technology sales
- Strong ability to make warm calls and effectively communicate with customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
