We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist. In this position, you will greet guests entering the building and help schedule them for their next appointment. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the phones. The job can be fast paced with little downtime. You must be extremely organized and self sufficient. Sales experience and goal oriented mentality a plus. You will work a set schedule Monday-Friday. Tasks and responsibilities:
Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, scheduling follow up appointment and alerting staff when someone is there for an appointment
Answer multiple phone calls and answer questions pertaining to our program, services we offer and scheduling issues. Take messages as needed or transfer calls as needed.
Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
Ability to effectively communicate via email and ensure that all are answered or addressed in a timely manner
Maintain the reception area and office, keeping it clean and free of clutter- performing weekly cleaning
Maintain inventory counts and report items that need ordered, assist in ordering as requested
Communicate and correspond with doctor
Daily billing using Quickbooks
Prep office, charts, and supplies for next day’s appointments.
Sales of items in the lobby area that pertain to our program

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
