Position Summary:
As the Rehab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting all activity in the rehab and therapy rooms and providing an exceptional patient experience. Help patients with their physical rehab program consisting of warmups, stretching, exercises, muscle work, KT taping and therapies to help recover from injuries or surgery.
Performance Objectives:
- Carry out ordered exercise and stretching programs based on doctor's written orders
- Maintain all rehabilitation equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping in pristine condition
- Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow in the rehab department
- Chart patient’s progress per clinic protocol
- Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with their treatment plan
- Assist patients as needed
- Collect success stories, testimonials and feedback from patients
- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

Education & Experience
- Exercise knowledge and experience preferred.
- Anatomy knowledge is a must. PTA students and those thinking about being a PTA are encouraged to apply.
- The desire to help people is a must. Encouraging, energetic, positive people that will show up to work are needed. Training is provided.
- Pay based on experience, but also on creating a great patient experience and results.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that should be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is constantly required to sit, talk, see, hear, and use hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand; move about, climb steps or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds. Occasional travel to local meetings and training may be required.
