BELL ATTENDANT — LUXURY HOTEL
THE LIBERTY PARKING TEAM
Liberty Parking is a hospitality services company built around one thing: the arrival and departure experience. We don't run airports, municipal lots, or hospital garages — hotels and luxury residences are all we do.
Our founders built this company on decades of experience and a simple belief: take care of the team, and the team takes care of the guest. That's why our people stay, and why our hotel partners get the same faces at the door month after month.
If you are looking to:
- Make great tips at a property where guests notice good service and reward it
- Learn the luxury standard from a Bell Captain whose job is to train you, not just schedule you
- Get real training and development — built to make you think and operate like a CEO
- Grow into Bell Captain, Director of Parking, and beyond as we open new properties
- Be part of a growing team with a family atmosphere
- Have your voice heard and be part of a winning team
Then Liberty Parking is the place for you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Palm House is a Forbes Star-rated property in Palm Beach. As a Bell Attendant, you're the first person a guest meets and the last person they see. You'll work the door and the bell stand, handle luggage, and carry the arrival experience for every guest who walks through it.
You'll learn this job from your Bell Captain, who works the floor beside you.
Reports to: Bell Captain Team: Liberty's bell and door team at Palm House.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
At the door
- Give every guest and resident a warm, sincere welcome — greet by name whenever you can
- Open the door before the guest reaches it, every single time
- Umbrella service in weather; assistance in and out of vehicles
- Help with rideshare, taxi, and transportation requests, and keep the curb moving safely
- Hand guests off to your valet and front desk colleagues with an introduction, never a point
With the luggage
- Lift, load, and unload guest and resident luggage with care — bags are handled, not tossed
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms, residences, and ballrooms promptly and accurately
- Tag, store, and retrieve bags from the bell closet using proper claim-check procedure
- Handle packages, deliveries, and guest amenities and get them where they need to go
- Assist with group and event baggage pulls
For the guest
- Anticipate what a guest needs before they ask for it
- Know the property — amenities, hours, layout, and what's worth the walk
- Give real local recommendations: restaurants, beaches, what's happening this weekend
- Escort guests to their room and orient them to it when the property calls for it
- If something goes wrong, own it in the moment and tell your Captain — we fix things, we don't hide them
As a teammate
- Communicate with the hotel's valet, front desk, housekeeping, and security so nothing falls through
- Help your fellow hotel colleagues with anything that makes the property shine
- Keep the entrance, bell closet, carts, and equipment clean and organized
- Report any incident or vehicle or luggage concern immediately and accurately
- Work safely — proper lifting, careful cart handling, eyes up at the curb
And make great tips by delivering on all of the above.
