Overview
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee two affordable housing properties totaling 87 units. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HUD programs and can independently manage compliance, operations, and resident relations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Full oversight of daily operations for 2 properties (87 total units)
- Managing HUD/Section 8 compliance, including certifications and recertifications
- Processing move-ins, annual/interim recerts, and maintaining tenant files
- Ensuring compliance with HUD, EIV, and TRACS reporting requirements
- Preparing for and responding to audits, REAC/NSPIRE inspections
- Rent collection, delinquency management, and financial tracking
- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring timely work order completion
- Providing strong customer service while enforcing lease compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Property Management experience with HUD or Section 8 programs
- Strong working knowledge of EIV, TRACS, and HUD compliance procedures
- Experience managing multiple properties or scattered sites preferred
- Ability to manage files independently and pass compliance audits
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
