We're seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to build and lead a world-class consultative sales organization. This is an opportunity to shape the sales culture, recruit exceptional talent, develop scalable processes, and help define the future of a growing financial institution.
Automotive finance experience is not required. We are looking for an outstanding sales leader with a proven record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business results.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing B2B sales team built on accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes that consistently produce profitable, long-term customer relationships.
- Build a consultative sales culture where representatives become trusted advisors—not transactional salespeople.
- Develop sales playbooks, training programs, KPIs, forecasting, and performance management systems.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive market expansion, product adoption, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Foster a culture where exceptional customer service, transparency, and execution are competitive advantages.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven success leading high-performing B2B sales organizations.
- Experience implementing structured sales methodologies such as Sandler, Solution Selling, Challenger, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks.
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to understand customers' businesses and recommend strategic solutions.
- Exceptional coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
- A growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and relentless commitment to execution.
- Personal ownership, accountability, and integrity in everything you do.
Automotive finance experience is a plus—but exceptional sales leadership is far more important.
