Feline Tails is a tech-enabled cat sitting marketplace connecting trusted, independent caregivers with cat owners across New York City and the New Jersey waterfront. We're growing fast and looking for a creative, cat-loving content creator to help us build a brand that cat parents genuinely trust — and can't stop sharing.
What you'll do
Create content that lives in the cat and influencer world — reels, carousels, TikToks, and platform-native moments that feel at home alongside the best pet content out there
Source, vet, and coordinate with cat influencers and micro-creators for partnerships, collabs, and paid campaigns — you know how to find the right voices and build real relationships
Build and manage our UGC content process end to end — sourcing creators, writing briefs, reviewing submissions, and building a repeatable pipeline that scales as we grow
Support broader marketing efforts including campaign planning, community management, and brand storytelling
What we're looking for
Deep familiarity with the creator and influencer space — you follow cat accounts, you know what's trending, and you understand how to tap into that world authentically
Proven experience creating content that performs — you know what makes people stop scrolling
Hands-on experience with UGC — you've built or contributed to a UGC process before, whether sourcing creators, writing briefs, or managing review and approval workflows
Process-oriented mindset — you can build structure around something scrappy and make it repeatable without losing the creative spark
Self-starter comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
Passion for animals — especially cats — and an intuitive understanding of what resonates with pet owners
Bonus points if you have a cat. We're serious — a resident feline co-creator is absolutely a plus and will be noted favorably during the interview process.

Pay: $28.05 - $32.00 per hour
