Luxury Retail Stock Associate
The Stock Associate plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the boutique by ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining impeccable stockroom organization, and providing exceptional operational support to the sales team. This position contributes to an elevated client experience by ensuring merchandise is processed efficiently, presented to luxury standards, and readily available to support sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, verify, and process incoming merchandise with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom according to luxury brand standards, ensuring a clean, secure, and efficient environment.
- Execute inventory management procedures, including cycle counts, stock transfers, replenishment, and annual physical inventories.
- Replenish the sales floor promptly while maintaining visual presentation standards.
- Prepare merchandise for display, including tagging, pricing, steaming, and quality inspections.
- Support omnichannel operations by processing online orders, transfers, client shipments, and special orders accurately and within service standards.
- Partner closely with the sales team to locate merchandise quickly, maximizing selling opportunities and enhancing the client experience.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and communicate stock issues to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure all merchandise is handled with exceptional care to preserve product quality and luxury presentation.
- Assist with store opening and closing operational procedures, including shipment processing and stockroom security.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, loss prevention procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Support store events, promotional activities, and seasonal merchandise changes as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous stock, inventory, or operations experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium fashion.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and point-of-sale technology is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the workday.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
