Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility team. This vital role involves maintaining and repairing a wide range of Industrial and building maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the facility
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, precision measuring instruments, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other analysis tools.
- Conduct repairs involving welding, <LOCATION> welding techniques, and low/high voltage electrical systems.
- Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts and other industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Utilize CMMS software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to troubleshoot systems effectively.
- Support installation projects involving mechanical assembly, wiring, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards related to high voltage, industrial electrician practices, and general maintenance procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of building maintenance and industrial motors
- Knowledge of CMMS platforms for work order management and maintenance tracking.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics.
- Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
- Field service experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate clear documentation and team collaboration.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
