Overview:

Introducing Clubhouse, Greensboro's most exciting new sports bar featuring a huge 36 stool center bar, 3 golf simulators, lounge seating and a large outdoor patio. We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented part time Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for bartending and providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you. This role will be primarily nights and weekends.
Duties:
- MUST HAVE BARTENDING EXPERIENCE IN A CRAFT COCKTAIL BAR
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with banquet events and catering as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Cash handling experience
