The Seasonal dispatcher is an entry-level management position responsible for assigning loads to professional drivers while maintaining records and reporting information to senior management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, maps, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in logistics and dispatching
- Experience with transportation management systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of freight operations and supply chain management
The work schedule will be 6 days on and 1 day off from early July to the end of the harvest, projected to be mid-October.
