Store Clerk & Sorting Room Worker

Schedule/Hours: Part-time

This position is responsible for:

May assist in answering the telephone; provides general information and records messages.
May assist in preparing receipts for donations.
Other responsibilities as required

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
Ability to operate a cash register. Ability to perform routine mathematical computations and count change.
Work requires the ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy (25-50lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment. Moderate mobility: duties are usually performed by a combination of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or G.E.D. AND:experience working in a retail store preferred,
OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
