At Krav Oz, a self-defense and fitness gym, you'll help people take their first step toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident. We're looking for an energetic, people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, learning new skills, and making a real impact.
No martial arts experience is required. We'll teach you our sales process and provide ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and follow up with prospective members
- Conduct consultations and help people choose the right program
- Guide new members through onboarding
- Support day-to-day front desk and administrative operations
- Build relationships with members and instructors
- Help create a welcoming, professional environment
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys talking with people
- Is organized and dependable
- Learns quickly and takes initiative
- Has sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Is excited to develop professionally through coaching and feedback
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes weekday evenings, Saturday mornings, and some daytime administrative hours.
