You are 2+ years into a career in aesthetics, beauty industry or a results-driven wellness environment and you are ready for more. You live and breathe skincare, follow the industry closely, and bring that passion into every client interaction. You show up professionally in person and online - and you understand that the front desk sets the tone for everything.
Your Responsibilities
Own the client experience from first inquiry to follow-up. Manage scheduling, confirmations, and daily office flow. Maintain accurate client records in our EMR system. Educate clients on treatments, memberships, and retail products with genuine confidence. Convert inquiries into booked consultations. Actively engage with our social media content and uphold our brand standard across every digital touchpoint.
What We Are Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, medical spa, beauty, or a related field. A genuine passion for skincare and aesthetic treatments - not just familiarity with them. EMR proficiency required. Google Workspace and Microsoft Office fluency required. Social media experience is a must; Instagram or Linkedin preferred. Esthetician license or current enrollment strongly preferred. Weekend availability required.
