Position Summary
Hello Unlimited is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representatives to join our Orlando team. In this role, you will help customers find the best wireless products and services to fit their needs while driving sales and delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service in a friendly, professional manner.
- Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile plans, devices, accessories, and services.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Assist customers with activations, upgrades, account maintenance, and bill payments.
- Educate customers on current promotions, products, and service features.
- Troubleshoot basic device and service issues.
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment.
- Comfortable learning and discussing mobile technology and wireless services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
