In this role, you will:
- Establish a positive rapport with customers concerns to ensure the best service experience is provided from start to finish
- Deliver an explanation to the customer of the repair(s) and/or service(s) recommended, and skillfully maneuver customer objection through product knowledge
- Proactively communicate with the customer and the service team on the status of all repair orders
- Maintain remarkable working relationships with customers to encourage retention and new referral business
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded and all service needs have been addressed
- Utilize robust, modern fixed operations technology to improve efficiency, sales, and communication
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Have at least one year of similar experience
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
- Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (GED)
- Possess a positive driving record (no more than 3 points)
- Excellent skills in utilizing technology to increase sales
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrate time-management and organizational skills
