Duties

- Accurately input and update information in databases and order entry systems.
- Transcribe data from various sources into digital formats while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Maintain organized records to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support overall office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry software and office applications.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Experience with clerical and administrative tasks is preferred.
- Familiarity with databases and order entry systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
