```Duties```
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Conduct inspections and testing of vehicle systems and components
- Perform alignments and suspension repairs
- Complete automotive repairs in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of all services performed on vehicles

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues
- Ability to perform alignments and suspension repairs
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology
- Knowledge of powertrain systems and components
- Experience working with air brake systems is a plus
- Specialized knowledge in GM vehicles is preferred
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
