What You’ll Do as a Clinical Supervisor:
As the Clinical Director, you’ll be at the forefront of client care, ensuring excellence in service delivery while supporting our dedicated one-on-one staff. You’ll be the cornerstone of clinical oversight, behavioral intervention, and staff training, blending hands-on leadership with strategic planning to elevate both client and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-Field Leadership: Conduct in-field training sessions, provide direct support to staff, and model best practices.
- Behavioral Intervention: Address maladaptive behaviors and develop effective behavioral treatment plans.
- Client Goal Development: Create and monitor personalized goals for clients, ensuring alignment with their developmental path.
- Staff Training and Support: Train one-on-one staff in goal implementation, data collection, and crisis prevention techniques.
- Progress Monitoring: Review client data, notes, and reports to track progress and refine interventions.
- Collaborative Communication: Attend staff, administrative, and regional center meetings to ensure seamless communication and program alignment.
- Crisis Management: Act swiftly and effectively to prevent and resolve crises in the field.
- Relationship Building: Address interpersonal issues between clients, peers, families, and support staff with professionalism and care.
- Compliance and Oversight: Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across all program activities.

What We’re Looking For:
Requirements:
- TB test
- DOJ and FBI background check clearance
- Clean driving record with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Physical capability to participate in activities such as exercise and games
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral interventions and data recording
- 3 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Fragile X, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, and similar conditions
- BCBA Accreditation
- Managerial/Director Experience
- 5+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) training or other de-escalation training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
