Front Desk Agent – Canopy by Hilton Columbus Downtown
Canopy by Hilton Columbus Downtown is looking for friendly, energetic, and service-focused individuals to join our Front Office team. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first person our guests meet and the last person they see before they leave. Whether you're welcoming a first-time visitor to Columbus or recognizing a returning guest, you'll help create an experience that keeps guests coming back.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Answer guest questions and provide recommendations about the hotel and downtown Columbus.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Process reservations, payments, and billing accurately.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and assist with daily Front Office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
