Taconora is hiring a friendly, responsible, and energetic bilingual cashier to join our team in Pacific Beach.
We are specifically looking for someone with open and reliable availability, including Wednesdays, weekends, evenings, and late-night shifts. Please apply only if you can consistently work these schedules.
Estimated Total Earnings: $21–$26 per hour, including pooled tips
Tips are shared among the team through a tip pool. Total hourly earnings may vary depending on the shift and sales volume.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take orders accurately in English and Spanish
- Process cash and card payments through the POS system
- Answer phone calls and take phone orders
- Manage pickup and third-party delivery orders
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier and dining area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Assist the team during busy periods
- Complete assigned opening or closing duties
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be available every Wednesday
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be able to work evening and late-night shifts ending between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m.
- Flexible availability for different shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Friendly attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience is preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
