Responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and hair threading to meet individual client needs.
- Perform nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail extensions with precision and attention to detail.
- Deliver eyelash extensions and hair styling services to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to promote overall wellness and beauty.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workspaces after each service to ensure client safety.
- Upsell retail products confidently by demonstrating their benefits and aligning them with client goals.
- Stay current with industry trends in color theory, cosmetology techniques, and new treatment options to provide innovative services.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with certification in esthetics and nail technology.
- Proven experience in skin care treatments such as dermabrasion, laser therapy, or body waxing.
- Skilled in nail care techniques including gel nails, nail extensions, and nail art.
- Knowledge of hair, eyelash extension application is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety at all times.
- Familiarity with retail sales principles including retail math and upselling strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude that creates a welcoming environment for all clients.
