Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicles, ensuring a flawless appearance and long-lasting durability. Brand new paint room with top-of-the-line equipment. 1 drive through paint both and 1 extra height paint booth both new in the last 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Apply automotive paints, coatings, and clear finishes using provided spray guns or airless paint spraying equipment with precision and consistency
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling paints, solvents, and waste materials while adhering to respiratory protection protocolsRequirements
- Proven experience in automotive painting with dealership or auto body shop background preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, auto body repair techniques, and automotive surface preparation methods
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), grinders, buffers, and other relevant equipment
- Mechanical knowledge related to auto restoration, auto glass replacement, and general auto body refinishing processes
- Knowledge of paints, primers, coatings, surface masking techniques, and respiratory protection standards necessary for safe operation
