Flex Function Auto & Offroad is a locally owned, family-oriented automotive repair and off-road performance shop in Campbell, CA. We specialize in quality automotive repair, diagnostics, maintenance, suspension upgrades, off-road builds, alignments, and exceptional customer service.
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service & Parts Coordinator to help keep our shop running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, understands automotive parts and repair, and takes pride in keeping everything organized behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and quotes
- Order, receive, and verify automotive and off-road parts
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Organize and maintain parts inventory and returns
- Work closely with technicians to ensure parts are available before repairs begin
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Schedule appointments and assist with workflow management
- Maintain accurate repair notes and communicate technician findings to customers
- Help keep the front office and parts department clean and organized
- Support the team wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly
Qualifications
- Automotive parts or service advisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and aftermarket/off-road parts is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
