Position Overview
The Facilities Team Member plays a critical role in preserving the quality, safety, and presentation of the Club’s buildings, infrastructure, and mechanical systems. This position requires a hands-on professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

Support the preventative maintenance and servicing of HVAC/R systems, boiler plant, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and exhaust systems
- Perform skilled repairs and maintenance across building systems, finishes, and infrastructure
- Execute a wide range of work including carpentry, drywall, painting, minor electrical and plumbing, and equipment installation and repair
- Maintain and service pumps, valves, and mechanical systems using appropriate tools and techniques
- Complete work orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail, ensuring proper documentation
- Proactively identify deficiencies, safety concerns, and opportunities to enhance the condition and performance of Club facilities
- Assist with seasonal operations, including snow removal and exterior support
- Respond promptly and effectively to facility-related issues and emergencies
- Adhere to all safety standards, policies, and OSHA regulations
- Maintain flexibility to support Club operations, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or skilled trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, or drywall)
- Technical or trade school training preferred
