Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Birmingham, MI.
As a key member of our team, you will originate mortgage loans, consult with clients, assess borrower eligibility, and guide applicants through a smooth mortgage process. You will collaborate closely with our in-house processors, underwriters, and leadership team to ensure a top-tier client experience.
Our loan officers average 10 closings per month, supported by efficient systems, strong operational support, and one of the best compensation plans in the industry. There are no mandatory weekends, unless needed to meet performance expectations during peak periods.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer with a solid understanding of mortgage lending practices
- Proficiency with underwriting guidelines, loan programs, and financial analysis
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
- Ability to work full-time in office Monday–Friday
- Relevant certifications and active NMLS licensure preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
Pay: $90,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
