Who We Are
Chase Remodeling has been transforming homes across the DMV since 1977. Nearly 50 years, 37,000+ completed projects, and a reputation built entirely on referrals. We are not the biggest remodeling company in the region — we are the one people keep calling back.
We run a tight operation. Every job gets a dedicated Project Manager, a written warranty, and the same standard we have held since day one. Everyone on this team knows that our name stays on every project long after we leave.
The Role
You will run 4 to 6 active remodeling projects at any given time — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels ranging from $10K to $500K+, with cycles from six weeks to six months. From the moment a sold job is handed to you until closeout, the client relationship is yours. The schedule is yours. The quality on that site is yours.
You are not running jobs alone. A Production Manager builds the schedule with you before kickoff, backs you up on escalations, and manages the subcontractor roster. A preconstruction team handles permits and clears jobs to build before you start. Your job is execution: keep the trades moving, keep the client informed, keep the work at the standard, and keep JobTread current — daily logs, photos, and time entries on every active job, every day. If it is not in JobTread, it did not happen.
Day to Day
- Own the client relationship from handoff to closeout — proactive updates, hard conversations included
- Execute the construction schedule — coordinate subs and in-house crews, confirm dates, keep the sequence moving
- Daily JobTread discipline — logs, photos, and time entries on every active job
- Hold quality on site — only top-quality work is accepted on a Chase Remodeling job
- Document change orders and get client approval before the work happens
- Execute material orders and confirm deliveries land on time
- Manage the punch list to zero before final walkthrough
- Participate in the final walkthrough with the client and Production Manager
- Flag problems early — schedule drift, client friction, trade issues — before they compound
What We Are Looking For
We are open to the right person over the perfect resume. That said, this is a real management role and it requires someone who already knows how construction works — from the field up.
The profile that fits:
- Residential remodeling experience — you have run jobs or been deep enough in the field to run them now
- You can read a schedule, sequence trades, and recover when a week goes sideways
- You communicate with homeowners clearly — especially when the news is not good
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn our systems — we run on JobTread
- Organized enough to hold 4–6 jobs in your head without dropping any of them
- Self-directed — you see what needs to be done and do it without being told
- Accountable — you own outcomes on your jobs, not just tasks
Who This Is Not For
If you need someone checking your work daily, this will be a hard role. Your jobs are yours. We will train you on our systems and back you up when things escalate, but we cannot teach the instincts this job requires.
This is a field role across the DMV. Remote or hybrid is not an option.
