We are seeking a motivated Junior PC Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in computer repair and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will assist with diagnosing hardware issues, inspecting returned units, performing repairs, and conducting quality checks to ensure systems meet operational standards.
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in a technical repair and IT support environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops
- Inspect and test returned units (RMA)
- Replace defective components (RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, PSU, etc.)
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and drivers
- Perform BIOS updates and system configuration
- Conduct final quality control testing
- Document repair processes and test results
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Assist senior technicians when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PC repair or IT support
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components
- Experience installing Windows OS and drivers
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware problems
- Good attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
