About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Plastics Molding Specialist to join our production team. You will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing cycles and ensuring high-precision output through expert machine calibration and hands-on technical intervention.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex processing issues to minimize downtime and maintain consistent production flow.

Execute precise machine setups and adjustments to meet rigorous quality and dimensional specifications.

Optimize injection molding parameters to improve cycle times and reduce material waste.

Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks on molding equipment to ensure operational longevity.

Qualifications-
Proven experience in injection molding process troubleshooting and machine operation.
