Experience
- Proven experience in financial analysis within real estate or financial services sectors
- Strong background in financial model development and quantitative analysis techniques
- Deep understanding of financial markets, asset management strategies, and real estate financial markets
- Familiarity with investment management principles and portfolio management practices
- Proficiency with financial software tools such as Excel (including advanced functions), Bloomberg Terminal, or similar platforms
- Solid grasp of financial concepts including valuation methods, risk assessment, and market dynamics
- Prior experience in investment banking or financial planning is a plus but not required
