We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team during overnight and evening shifts (3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am). Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly, professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures, ensuring guest safety and quick response to incidents or alarms.
- Maintain accurate guest records using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness during overnight hours.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving concerns professionally.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with hotel experience standards, including phone etiquette and guest services excellence.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices, including resort operations and hotel safety protocols.
- Must be willing to undergo background and drug testing.

Pay: $12.75 - $13.00 per hour
