We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant – Development for our Palm Beach Gardens office. Working closely with our accounting and operations teams, you will manage financial transactions, maintain precise records, and ensure airtight internal controls for multiple business entities.
What You Will Do
- Drive Entity Closes: Manage timely month-end closes and critical balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead Job Costing: Establish and maintain job cost records, reconciling subledgers to the general ledger.
- Manage Revenue Recognition: Prepare monthly ASC 606 entries for true-ups and deferred marketing revenues.
- Track Development Data: Reconcile lot data to monthly sales and update RSV models semiannually.
- Deliver Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and variance-to-budget reports.
- Ensure Compliance: Support audit requirements and uphold internal controls and corporate policies.

- Technical Skills: Strong mastery of US GAAP reporting and complex financial reconciliations.

- This role is 100% in-office at our Palm Beach Gardens, FL headquarters (Monday – Friday). Remote work is not available.
